Project Manager - Interior & MEP

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP & Interior Project Manager to oversee the execution of commercial interior projects, ensuring efficient coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems along with interior works. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Plan, schedule, and oversee MEP and interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.

Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

MEP Coordination:

Manage MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and automation.

Review and approve MEP drawings, ensuring feasibility and alignment with interior designs.

Resolve technical conflicts between interior design and MEP services.

Conduct inspections to ensure MEP works are completed as per specifications.

Interior Fit-Out Management:

Supervise all interior-related work, including flooring, ceilings, partitions, carpentry, and finishes.

Monitor material procurement, ensuring timely availability without cost overruns.

Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
