Project Manager - Interior fitout

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior & MEP Project Manager for execution of commercial interior projects, ensuring efficient coordination of Interior fitout works with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems .

Required strong project management experience, technical expertise in Interior and MEP, and leadership skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Develop detailed project timelines, milestones.

Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Manage MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and automation.

Review and approve MEP drawings, ensuring feasibility and alignment with interior designs.

Resolve technical conflicts between interior design and MEP services.

Conduct inspections to ensure MEP works are completed as per specifications.

Interior Fit-Out Management:

Manage all interior-related work, including flooring, ceilings, partitions, carpentry, and finishes.

Monitor material procurement, ensuring timely availability without cost overruns.

Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
