  • We’re looking for a

    Project Manager

    with 3–5 years of experience in interior project execution, who can take ownership of multiple projects, lead on-site teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.


  • As a Project Manager for interior Projects, you will be accountable for ensuring on-time delivery of projects with exceptional quality standards. You will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, driving seamless communication and ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the partial design and full execution stages until final handover.


*Key Responsibilities:*

* Review and interpret 2D/3D drawings across all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.).

* Identify design gaps and anticipate potential execution risks.

* Validate and review work orders, BOQs, drawings, and related documentation.

* Develop detailed project execution schedules with clear task inter dependencies.

* Conduct regular site inspections and monitor remotely to ensure quality control.

* Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.

* Provide technical guidance and instructions to Site Supervisors (Project Executives).

* Share timely site updates with customers and maintain smooth communication.

* Act as the link between Designers and Clients during the execution phase.

* Update project trackers, summaries, and circulate weekly progress reports to stakeholders.

* Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and oversee execution.

* Act as the custodian of quality, ensuring adherence to checklists and work method statements for superior outcomes.

* Collaborate with internal teams on SOP development, pricing strategies, and new initiatives.

* Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while promptly addressing vendor concerns.


*Job Requirements:*

* Graduate in Management/Construction Management, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes.

* Strong background in Project Management/Engineering/Architecture with 3+ years of experience.

* Hands-on experience in site execution, particularly in home renovation projects.

* Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and mitigate risks proactively.

* Process-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Highly proactive, organized, and skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks.

* Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn.

* Prior experience in Project Management/Operations is mandatory.

* Exposure to operations-driven startups is an added advantage.

* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with strong analytical skills.
