Job Summary

Architect-level Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Project Ownership

• Fully own and lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and integrated services programs (Datacenter, Networks, Compute, Storage, End-User Computing, ITSM/ITIL, Security Integration, etc.).
• Define transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, modernization paths, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop delivery governance models, execution approaches, project KPIs, and quality frameworks for global customers.
• Drive value-based outcomes with strong emphasis on delivery excellence, customer happiness, and operational stability.

Infrastructure Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture and design discussions across enterprise infrastructure domains:
• Datacenter and Cloud Infrastructure
• Hybrid/Multicloud Architecture
• Virtualization Platforms
• Network & Security Infrastructure
• IT Service Management & Integrated Operations
• Automation, Monitoring, and Observability
• Review high-level designs, infrastructure blueprints, capacity plans, DR/BCP strategies, and operational models.
• Enable modernization initiatives including cloud migration, infra automation, zero-touch operations, and platform integrations.

Consulting & Customer Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to external customers, understanding their business challenges and translating them into infrastructure strategies.
• Conduct assessments, workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, risk mitigation, and value delivery.
• Ability to articulate complex infrastructure concepts through real-world examples and scenario-based explanations.

Complex Deal & Program Delivery

• Take ownership of

  large and complex deals

  , including multi-tower infrastructure transformations and integrated services contracts.
• Clearly articulate prior experience managing critical transformation programsscope, challenges, resolutions, and outcomes.
• Lead commercial, technical, and delivery discussions simultaneously to ensure customer satisfaction and program success.

Enterprise Environment Expertise

• Significant experience working within large, regulated enterprise setups with strong governance and compliance requirements.
• Handle interdependencies across multiple domains (Cloud, Security, Network, Platforms, Operations).
• Manage global distributed teams and navigate multi-vendor ecosystems effectively.

Project Management Excellence

• Manage projects using

  Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid

  delivery models as needed.
• Drive project governance, financial tracking, risk management, change controls, and compliance adherence.
• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across geographies and domains.
• Present regular updates to customer leadership, steering committees, and internal management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge across:
• Datacenter technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Storage, Backup, Compute)
• Enterprise Networks (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
• Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP – Infra services, IAM, Networking, Monitoring)
• Infra Automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python)
• ITSM/ITIL processes and integrated service delivery
• Monitoring & Observability platforms
• Understanding of security controls, compliance frameworks, and enterprise operational models.

Project & Consulting Skills

• Strong experience driving

  external customer-facing consulting engagements

• Proven track record of leading

  multi-domain, enterprise infrastructure programs

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain scenario-based situations clearly (e.g., outage management, migration failures, capacity issues, vendor escalations).

Certifications

• PMP Certification is mandatory.

• ITIL, Cloud Architect, and Infra-related certifications (Cisco, VMware, Azure/AWS) are strong advantages.
