Architect-level Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of cloud, application engineering, platform engineering, and modernisation engagements.
• Define project strategy, roadmap, execution approach, and governance for complex, multi-domain projects.
• Lead large and high-impact customer engagements, ensuring business outcomes, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive enterprise-grade modernization projects covering re-platforming, re-hosting, re-engineering, re-architecting, and automation initiatives.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Architect scalable, secure cloud and platform solutions using Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Guide teams on application modernization, cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, IaC, microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), observability, and automation.
• Review and validate solution designs, architecture documents, engineering plans, and automation frameworks.
• Provide hands-on guidance on cloud strategy, modernization blueprints, platform engineering, and automation architectures.

Consulting & Customer Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor for customers across industriesleading workshops, assessments, and solution discussions.
• Understand customer business objectives and translate them into actionable engineering and modernization strategies.
• Manage customer expectations through proactive communication, value delivery, and continuous engagement.
• Deliver executive-level presentations, progress updates, and solution recommendations.

Programme & Project Management Excellence

• Lead and manage delivery using

  both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  as appropriate.
• Drive program governance, risk management, dependency mapping, and budget adherence.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams across domains—cloud, app engineering, DevOps, automation, and platform engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of engineering best practices.

Enterprise Environment Expertise

• Experience working in enterprise environments with strict governance, security, and compliance.
• Navigate multi-team dependencies and complex IT ecosystems effectively.

Complex Deal & Stakeholder Management

• Manage

  large, high-value, multi-tower transformation deals

  end-to-end.
• Clearly articulate prior experience handling

  critical, complex deals

  , including size, scope, challenges, and outcomes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and value-centric delivery.

• Infrastructure & Pipeline Automation (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation)

• Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)

• Monitoring & Observability frameworks
• Understanding of cloud governance, cost optimization, performance tuning, and security frameworks.

Project & Consulting Skills

• Proven experience in
