Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional with 9+ years of experience in project leadership and personnel management within the industrial automation domain (DCS/PLC/SCADA/Industry 4.0 projects). The role requires strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, including supply chain and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure successful completion of projects within defined timelines to support business objectives.
Lead comprehensive project planning, risk management, team coordination, and handover to customers.
Plan and deliver multiple projects simultaneously with high standards and minimal disruption.
Manage scope changes in project contracts, prepare related quotations, and control project scope effectively.
Oversee project baselines and monitor cost, resource allocation, timelines, and quality compliance.
Ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery through efficient planning and execution.
Serve as the main interface between internal stakeholders and customer organizations to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain adherence to project budgets, schedules, and contract requirements, and proactively address deviations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate Engineer in Control & Instrumentation.
9 years of relevant project management experience in industrial automation.
Proven understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
Excellent time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong people management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate risks.
PMP Certification preferred.
