Project Manager - HR Transformation

As a skilled and dynamic Project Manager, your role will involve overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow, and Process Optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Utilize strong data analysis and presentation skills. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, develop contingency plans, and keep projects on track and within scope. - Governance: Oversee system release management and configuration updates, ensuring compliance with data management, security, and company policies. Measure project performance metrics and collaborate with IT teams for technical issues. - Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and departments for seamless integration of HR systems with existing processes. - HR Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology solutions. Work closely with HR teams to enhance productivity and present HR data effectively. - Collaboration with Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships, ensure clear communication, and align on project goals and progress. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage UAT process, create test cases, coordinate testing activities, and resolve issues before deployment. - Drive Project Plan: Lead project plans development and execution, monitor timelines, track tasks, and address issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - Interaction with Shared Service Operations Team: Collaborate for smooth project execution and integration with existing processes. - Change Management: Drive change management, update and approve documentation for implemented processes (SOPs, process maps, alerts, knowledge articles).
