Job Description

As a skilled and dynamic Project Manager, your role will involve overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow, and Process Optimization. Your specific experience in project management, particularly in HR technology solutions, will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Utilize strong data analysis and presentation skills. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, develop contingency plans, and keep projects on track and within scope. - Governance: Oversee system release management and configuration updates, ensuring compliance with data management, security, and company policies. Measure project performance metrics and collaborate with IT teams for technical issues. - Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and departments for seamless integration of HR systems with existing processes. - HR Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology solutions. Work closely with HR teams to enhance productivity and present HR data effectively. - Collaboration with Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships, ensure clear communication, and align on project goals and progress. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage UAT process, create test cases, coordinate testing activities, and resolve issues before deployment. - Drive Project Plan: Lead project plans development and execution, monitor timelines, track tasks, and address issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - Interaction with Shared Service Operations Team: Collaborate for smooth project execution and integration with existing processes. - Change Management: Drive change management, update and approve documentation for implemented processes (SOPs, process maps, alerts, knowledge articles). Qualifications Required: - Strong background in project management with specific experience in HR technology solutions. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills. - Proficiency in risk management, governance, integration management, and change management. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive project timelines effectively.,
