Skills and Knowledge:

• Multiple Project Management understanding & ability.
• HR domain Expertise.
• Strong Communication & presentation skills would be able to communicate across hierarchy including Top management.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting to make informed decisions and provide insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of HR software and project management tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Must have business acumen i.e. understanding of cross department functions.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
