Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale high rise building projects (60 floors) from inception to handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met at every phase.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation for all construction activities.
  • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, architects, site supervisors, and contractors.
  • Ensure robust implementation of

    Mivan formwork construction methods

    to enhance speed, efficiency, and structural quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain permits, resolve design/construction issues, and meet project milestones.
  • Establish and enforce best practices in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policy.
  • Evaluate and approve technical drawings, structural calculations, and construction methodologies.
  • Monitor procurement and inventory of construction materials, formwork systems, and critical equipment.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, technical documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Mentor and develop engineering staff and junior managers on technical and managerial aspects.

Required Qualifications

  • MTech in Structures or equivalent advanced degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 20 years experience in project management for high rise buildings, with at least

    10 years handling projects of 40+ floors

    .
  • Proven experience and

    sound exposure to Myone/Mivan construction technologies

    (formwork, slipform, or similar systems).
  • Record of successful project delivery for high rise structures (at least three projects >40 floors).
  • Strong technical expertise in structural analysis, construction sequencing, and quality management for high-rise frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, regulatory compliance, and modern project management tools.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • PMP/Prince2 Certification is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and client-facing skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • High attention to detail, with a results-driven and strategic mindset.
  • Proactive with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
