Project Manager Head HVAC

As a Project Manager in the HVAC industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of various projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules in coordination with clients, architects, and stakeholders. - Leading and mentoring HVAC technicians, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective delegation, performance, and development. - Managing all phases of project execution, from equipment selection to installation and commissioning, while ensuring compliance with codes and standards. - Monitoring and controlling project costs, managing subcontracts, and ensuring timely invoicing and cash flow. - Conducting regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations. - Maintaining strong communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with project delivery. - Providing technical guidance and resolving issues related to HVAC systems, including interpreting schematics and control circuits. - Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables. - Preparing and managing project documentation, such as design reports, technical proposals, and project status updates. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Several years of experience in HVAC design and project management in commercial or industrial settings. - Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and HVAC load calculation tools. - Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills for managing complex projects and diverse teams. - Professional Engineering (PE) license or other relevant certifications are considered significant assets. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering. Fluency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
