Project Manager, Geriatric Support and Engagement

Role Summary

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Employer Network & Sourcing:

Build and manage a network
of employers, corporates, and NGOs for part-time, consulting, or volunteer opportunities for seniors.
Actively
match seniors with suitable opportunities
and share success stories.

Candidate Management & Support:

Develop and run counselling and engagement activities
for seniors (5570 years).
Encourage seniors to
register
for work and volunteering roles

Programme Management:

Create simple
communication/social media campaigns
to promote the programme.
Track progress and
report on outcomes
.
Partner with healthcare providers, community groups, and CSR teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
57 years in programme management, elderly care, counselling, or community projects. Knowledge of career counselling/placements is a plus.
Education:
Masters in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Key Skills:

Strong
networking and relationship-building
ability.
Empathy and patience
when working with seniors.
Excellent communication, self-driven, and good digital skills.
