Job Role - Manager -Business Transformation & Strategy Job Location- Mumbai (Vikhroli) Job Responsibilities Formulate, Organise and Monitor inter-connected and independent workstreams within the strategic framework Design and develop program management framework and governance structure for effective execution of program objectives Create project and workstream plans with cross functional teams and ensure execution as per timelines Assist in collaboration among all project teams Oversee all activities associated with the program/project to ensure program achieves its goals Engaging with stakeholders and manage stakeholder communication with respect to progress reports, troubleshooting and overall program performance Identify, report & manage risks with respect to project delays, dependencies, aligning, realigning deliverables Program documentation, creating SOPs and process notes to create adequate trail and reference documentation. Insurance domain understanding will be an added advantage Strong communication skills, both written & spoken Hands on experience in MS Office & expertise in creating business & project PPT’s. Understand & deploy Project / Program Management tools for governance.
