We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with a strong technical background in Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Surveillance, Networking Infrastructure, Optical Fiber Cabling (OFC), and Building Management Systems (BMS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ELV system projects including Fire, CCTV, BMS, OFC, and Networking from initiation to handover.
• Plan and coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, budgets, and vendor management.
• Vendor Deployment & Management
• Conduct site assessments, review technical drawings, and provide inputs for BOQ preparation.
• Monitor and control project progress ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Manage installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of integrated systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
• Ensure all documentation, reports, and compliance certificates are properly prepared and archived.
• Deliver regular progress updates and project status reports to senior management and clients.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in:
• Fire Detection & Alarm Systems
• CCTV Surveillance Systems
• Structured Networking (LAN/WAN)
• Optical Fiber Cabling (splicing, OTDR testing)
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Project planning and resource management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD basic).
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
