Project Manager - ERP & Process Automation

The Project Manager - ERP & Process Automation role requires 4-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BCA, MCA, B.Tech IT, or a related field. As a Project Manager, you will provide administrative, technical, and operational support to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include understanding existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, guiding solutions, and coordinating with functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding business processes in a manufacturing setup, preferably Apparel or Textile. - Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, specifically with Infor M3, SAP, or Oracle systems. - Good functional knowledge of ERP systems with configuration experience in some modules. - Identifying process improvement areas and gaps in existing solutions. - Recommending projects or solutions for automating process improvements or gap areas. - Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and coordination. - Maintaining and updating project documentation, such as timelines, status reports, and risk registers. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
