Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines to ensure timely dispatches and successful project completion.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of project teams and staff to achieve project goals.
• Meetings and Communication: Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, team members, and clients to provide updates, address issues, and align objectives.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and successful project delivery.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues or challenges during the project lifecycle proactively.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in logistics, dispatch management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹352,573.39 - ₹1,537,798.84 per year
