With a team of dedicated professionals, we provide personalized services to ensure our clients' success. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to manage construction projects from the Head office. We are looking for a dynamic & result-oriented civil engineering professional possesing experience in Construction Consultancy, tendering process & project management, etc.

Job Location:

Project Planning

  • Plan and schedule the project, coordinate with multiple consultants to devise and maintain a project plan, ensuring adherence to the schedule from inception to
    completion, and successful milestone achievement.
  • Prepare the Estimate for Project Revenue and Budget : Develop an estimate for project
    revenue and budget, and oversee construction to ensure it remains within the projected budget while achieving planned revenue goals.
  • Prepare a Scope sheet: Create a Scope sheet following a sequential order based on the
    Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and ensure consistent adherence to it throughout the project's lifespan.
  • Analytics: Should be able to do reports and data graphs to analyze diferent aspects of
    the construction process Tender & Bidding Opportunities Organizing and controlling all required documents in the planning stage to arrive at the priliminary cost estimate, value engineering, budgeting.
  • Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification,
    Financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities in the proposal pricing. Preparing tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and argin contingency are adequately adhered to.
  • Attending pre-bid meetings & seeking clarications from the bidders.
    Project Documentation.
  • Overall new projects Construction Schedule Planning and Monitoring the Execution &
    reporting the progress level to the management. Coordinating with internal/external departments for preparation of project construction plans & schedules, stafs, manpower & equipment deployments, organization charts and infrastructure requirements.
  • Preparation of Project Viability documents for Project Approval.
    Preparation of Request For Proposal (RFP), Contract Agreement and Schedules for Construction Project.

Project Execution

  • Site investigation, analyzing logistics plan and materials source nearby.
    Monitoring the Site planning team centrally and inspecting the monthly progress reports and micro planning done at site level. Coordinate with all support functions/departments for timely and adequate availability of resources to project site management.

Construction Management

  • Site Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring
    safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Schedule Management: Creating and maintaining project timelines, monitoring
    progress, and addressing delays.
  • Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and
    project teams, providing progress updates and addressing concerns. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues and challenges that arise during the construction process. Quality Control: Ensuring that the project meets design specications and quality standards.
  • Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing health and safety procedures on the
    construction site.
  • Contract Administration: Interpreting and managing contracts, ensuring compliance
    with legal requirements and building codes.
  • Procurement: Overseeing the purchase of necessary materials and equipment.

Eligibility :

  • Proficient in Microsoft software and general computer software.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
  • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs. High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good written, oral English, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors degree-B. tech -B.E/ Diploma in Building Construction, Construction
    Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture etc.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience as Project Manager in project management within
    construction.
  • Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
