Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Career, Secunderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, West Godavari, YSR Kadapa, you will be reporting to the VP Marketing Manager and will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects within predetermined timelines and budgets. You will be in charge of building and managing project teams, reporting to the project Sponsor, and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. - Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions, as well as review compensation actions. - Enforce policies and procedures to ensure operational objectives are achieved. - Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. - Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, determine system improvements, and implement changes to meet financial objectives. - Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. - Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency in project management software.
