Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (10–15 years) to lead our construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor site progress and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Report regularly to management and clients on project status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of project management experience in real estate/construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
