Manage and approve the social media content calendar, maintaining brand tone and consistency. 4. Oversee daily platform activity including scheduling, engagement, and timely responses. 5. Coordinate with clients for content approvals, updates, and performance discussions. 6. Provide creative direction for graphics, videos, and reels in collaboration with the design team. 7. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve content effectiveness and engagement. 8. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, content trends, and competitive activity. 9. Generate monthly reports with actionable insights and suggestions for improvement. 10. Handle crisis situations or negative feedback promptly and professionally on social media platforms.
