Sales & Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Sales team. This role will involve a dual responsibility—supporting on-ground client meetings for the domestic market and providing inside sales support for the international market (primarily in IT, ERP, and Digital Marketing services). The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, adaptable, and open to learning across diverse domains and markets.(Domestic + International Support)

• Key Responsibilities:
• 1.Assist in domestic client meetings, events, and presentations as required

Support sales operations including outreach, lead generation, and CRM updates.Coordinate follow-ups, proposals, and quotations for both domestic and international clients.2.Conduct cold calling and email outreach to potential leads in global markets.
Perform market research to identify new client segments and opportunities.

3.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to communicate value propositions effectively.

4.Maintain accurate documentation of sales processes and pipelines.

• Key Skills Required:
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
• Basic understanding of IT, ERP solutions, or digital marketing services.
• Cold calling and lead nurturing experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to present and represent the company in face-to-face meetings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for domestic meetings/events.
• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
• Eligibility:
• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Exposure to IT/Digital/ERP services preferred.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
