Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee interior design

projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all

projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Project Planning and Coordination:

 Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

 Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.

 Identify and mitigate project risks.

Client Relationship Management

 Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

 Hold regular meetings with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.

 Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and adjusting plans as necessary.

Team Leadership

 Lead and motivate project teams, including designers and contractors, to achieve project

goals.

 Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Quality Control

 Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

 Review and approve design changes and project deliverables.

 Budget Management:

 Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to the budget.

 Prepare financial reports and forecasts for client and management review.

Compliance and Documentation

 Ensure all project documentation is complete, organized, and up-to-date.

 Comply with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a

related field.

 Experience: Minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in project management within the

interior design or the construction industry.

Skills

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

 Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
