In this role, you will ensure smooth project execution, foster strong client relationships, and drive retention through proactive communication and delivery of marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients on ongoing digital marketing projects, including campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinating project activities and ensuring project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Manage client retention by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high satisfaction levels for existing clients.
• Managing project documentation and ensuring project deliverables are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on client requirements and optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct regular client check-ins, prepare performance reports, and suggest upsell opportunities for retention.
• Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or client-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, PPC, email marketing).
• Ability to work full-time from our Indore office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
