Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage
end-to-end ERP software implementation projects
for clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, support, business analysts) to ensure on-time and successful delivery.
Understand client requirements, create project plans, define timelines, and track milestones.
Drive project governance, risk management, and quality control.
Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, and provide regular status updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term adoption of OctaBees ERP.
Continuously improve internal delivery processes for efficiency and scalability.
Mentor and guide project coordinators, analysts, and junior team members.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

3 to 10 years of experience in
Project Management / Delivery / Operations
roles, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or IT implementations.
Strong understanding of
ERP systems, software delivery lifecycle, and client operations
.
Proven experience in handling
multiple projects simultaneously
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
