Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project execution across multiple locations within the oil & gas sector.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Supervise and guide team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to clients and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (Diploma holders not eligible).
• Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
• Strong project planning, execution, and risk management skills.
• Willingness to travel 15
• 17 days per month across designated project sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Ability to communicate in Hindi and local languages is a plus.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
