Job Description

Role: Project Manager (Data Centre/DR)

Location: Ghaziabad

CTC: 12 to 13 LPA

Experience: 7–10 years (minimum 3–4 years in DC/DR projects)

Education: Technical Graduate


JD:


  • Lead end-to-end project management for Data Centre and Disaster Recovery initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and manage robust DC/DR infrastructure.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for smooth deployment and support.
  • Define and ensure adherence to SLAs and best practices for uptime, data integrity, and failover.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement DR drills.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including SOPs, runbooks, and change logs.
  • Handle stakeholder communication, timelines, and budget controls.
  • Manage a small team of engineers or support staff, if applicable.


Skills required:


  • In-depth knowledge of Data Centre Operations, Virtualization, Networking, Storage, and Server Management.
  • Experience with DR design & automation, backup solutions, and failover systems.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Good understanding of cloud DR solutions (AWS/Azure optional).
  • Strong command of ITIL processes, change management, and SLA tracking.
