Program Strategy & Planning:
Work closely with data analysts, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing
for new initiatives.
Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Performance & ROI Management:
Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment (ROI)
through cross-project initiatives.
Monitor ROI on initiatives aimed at enhancing and retaining revenue from the existing customer base.
Manage the implementation of
NPS (Net Promoter Score)
at various touchpoints in the customer journey.
Risk Management & Reporting:
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities
across multiple projects within the department.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce comprehensive
program reports
for managers and stakeholders.
