Project Manager (Construction)

About the Company

We are a reputed organization in the construction and infrastructure sector, specializing in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Civil Site Engineer who can efficiently manage project execution, oversee site operations, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end project execution and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Develop work schedules, resource allocation plans, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, labor management, and contractor supervision.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site challenges.

Material & Resource Management

• Manage procurement of construction materials and ensure timely availability at site.
• Track material usage, wastage, and inventory levels effectively.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for cost optimization.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Escalate critical project issues and recommend effective solutions.

Key Requirements

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management or site supervision in civil construction projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and site management tools.
• Expertise in project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
• Performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
