Project Manager

We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our builder floor projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

v Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

v Lead and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.

v Implement quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met.

v Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness.

v Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

v Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

v Oversee the construction phase, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and implementing changes as necessary to ensure project success.

v Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

v Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

v Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project delivery and profitability.

Skills and Qualifications

v 10+ years of relevant experience in residential/ commercial construction project management.

v Candidate must be B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

v Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in the Indian context.

v Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

v Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
