Project Manager (Civil)

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires expertise in project planning, execution, quality control, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil construction projects. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. - Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications. - Prepare project reports and documentation. - Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. - Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. - Monitor construction progress and address any deviations or challenges. - Interpret construction drawings and provide technical guidance to contractors for execution. - Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to industry standards. - Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. - Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance at all times. - Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors. - Manage project documentation, including contracts, BOQs, and material approvals. - Assist in procurement planning and material management. - Monitor project budgets and cost estimations. - Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Generate progress reports for management review. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). - 7+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in high-rise, residential, commercial. - Strong knowledge of structural engineering, project management, and site execution. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other construction management tools. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. You are expected to be highly self-motivated, a positive thinker, and a go-getter.
