Site Engineer – Civil We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer - Civil, preferably a Male Candidate, to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulations, and project specifications. Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports to keep projects within financial constraints. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure construction quality meets established standards. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the civil engineering or real estate sector (with residential or commercial real estate projects). Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
