Project Manager (Civil)

We are looking for Project Manager for Real Estate company located in Jalandhar, Punjab. Project Manager is responsible for execution of the projects as per schedule complying with quality and utilization of materials within BOQ Quantity. Must have at least 10 -15 years of experience in high rise residential projects. Must be B. TECH or BE in Civil Engineering. Should be from real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets tailored for Mivan shuttering construction.​
• Oversee complete Mivan shuttering cycles — assembly, installation, concreting, de-shuttering, and maintenance of formwork.​
• Ensure strict compliance with Mivan construction methods, quality standards, and site safety regulations.​
• Select and negotiate with contractors, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals.​
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and health/safety adherence.​
• Track project progress, prepare, and present detailed updates to clients and stakeholders.​
• Identify and address potential risks, implementing mitigation measures as needed.​
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring timely execution.​
• Maintain clear communication with architects, engineers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.​ Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in real estate project management (typically 10- 15 years), with a focus on Mivan shuttering and high-rise buildings.​
• Strong technical knowledge of Mivan aluminum formwork systems and multistoried structure construction.​
• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office tools.​
• Excellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.​
• Certification like PMP is an advantage.​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
