Project Manager Civil
Key Responsibilities: He manages all aspects of a project, from planning to completion. They ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
1. Planning: Develop project scope, establish timelines, and allocate resources
2. Budgeting: Manage the project budget and ensure it's adhered to
3. Contracting: Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors
4. Quality control: Ensure the project meets contractual and legal requirements
5. Safety: Ensure the project meets health and safety standards
6. Communication: Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and manage expectations
7. Execution: Oversee construction operations and ensure deadlines are met
8. Reporting: Evaluate project performance and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications – BE (Civil) / Bachelor's degree in business administration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
