Project Manager (Civil / Mechanical)

As an experienced Project Manager (Civil/Mechanical), you will be responsible for leading industrial projects in the Adhesive, Chemical, and Pharma sectors. Your role will involve overseeing end-to-end project execution, coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards, handling risk assessment and mitigation strategies, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders, and leading and mentoring project teams for on-time and within-budget delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end project execution for industrial projects in Chemical, adhesive, and Pharma sectors. - Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project progress. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. - Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards. - Handle risk assessment and mitigation strategies to avoid project delays. - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status. - Lead and mentor project teams for on-time and within-budget delivery. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. - 12-15 years of experience in industrial projects. - Prior experience in the Adhesive/Chemical or Pharma industry is a must. - Strong project coordination skills. The company is offering a Full-time, Permanent job type with a day shift from Monday to Friday. A performance bonus is also available. The work location is in Alibag, Maharashtra, and the ability to commute/relocate to this location is preferred.
