Project Manager Civil

Role & responsibilities

Develop project schedules, budgets, and billings.

Must working on PM or DPM rank.

Also must have executed a Water Supply project consisting of Intake Well, WTP and OHT along with commissioning of electro mechanical instrumentation .

Experience of Civil structure as well as Electro Mechanical Installation and Commissioning.

Must Have experience for the preparation of bills of Water and pipeline and its Allied RCC structure.

Must be able to prepare BBS.

Most important to have knowledge and experience of Construction of OHT, WTP, Intake well & Pipeline.

Should also have good control over execution of Electro mechanical works associated with Intake, Pumping Station & WTP.

Should have experience of PLC SCADA & Automation

Should have executed Installation of Pump & Motors. Substation/ Electrical Grid & Panels.

Should be able to communicate with client and consultant by letter through Hindi or English Language.

Must have Knowledge of AutoCAD & MS-Projects.

Approval of Drawing from Clients for Water Supply, Civil Work, WTP, and other Electrical as well as Mechanical items.

Develop/execute a comprehensive client service plan.

Must have knowledge to evaluate the requirement of site material prior to its date of utilization.

Develop, track, update, forecast, and modify the project schedule and budget throughout all phases of the project.

Conducts quality assurance and quality control on own projects.

Must be able to prepare the billing of the project.

Prepare project status reports on a regular basis.

Evaluates, selects, specifies, and engineers all civil engineered systems or products for a project.

Participates in constructability review.

Communicate with intercompany departments to meet project needs.

Responsible for the overall project performance and implementation of our projects.

Knowledge of civil construction project work in coordination with Client, Contractors, Consultancy & Project Teams.

Survey and soil investigation, Land Allotments, and site clearances.

Supervisions on Drawing preparation & getting it finalize and also getting it approved from Departments.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Experience: 8 years & above

Salary= 1,00,000/- to 2,00,000/- CTC per month
