Project Manager (Civil)

Role Overview: As the Project Manager (Civil), you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering civil construction projects within specified timeframes, budget constraints, and quality standards. Your role will involve close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal project team to ensure the smooth progress and successful completion of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end project execution for civil works. - Ensure strict adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. - Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets; take necessary corrective actions when required. - Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams. - Prepare and review project reports, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and verify billing accuracy. - Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure timely availability at the site. - Lead and supervise site engineers, contractors, and the workforce effectively. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies. - Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans. - Conduct regular site inspections and hold client meetings for project updates. - Facilitate the smooth handover of completed projects with proper documentation. Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferably with PMP/Project Management certification). - 8-15 years of relevant experience in managing civil construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure). - Profound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management tools. - Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD software. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
