Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for a competent Mechanical Supervisor (Construction) to oversee mechanical work at our construction site. The role involves supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site mechanical works (HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, pumps, etc.) at construction projects.
• Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and project engineers.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure proper installation practices and safety compliance on-site.
• Conduct inspections and testing of installed systems.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports.
• Resolve site-level technical issues in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure manpower, tools, and materials are available as per schedule.
• Maintain quality control and documentation of work carried out.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in mechanical supervision within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building services (MEP) and project execution.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Awareness of construction safety practices and statutory codes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
