Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.). Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Assist in employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention. Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation. Liaise with government authorities and external agencies regarding labor compliance and inspections. Requirements MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. 3–5 years of HR experience , preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector . Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute civil engineering projects in line with client requirements and organizational objectives. Oversee project design, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Supervise and guide site engineers, contractors, and project staff to ensure smooth workflow and progress. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory regulations. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve design and execution issues. Review and approve BOQs, bills, drawings, and technical specifications.
