Project Manager (Civil)

You are a highly experienced Project Manager with 10-12 years of expertise in civil engineering and construction projects. Your role will involve leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion. You will be responsible for: - Leading planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of civil and construction projects as per timelines and budgets. - Preparing and reviewing project plans, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications. - Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. - Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory compliance. - Conducting project reviews, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions as needed. - Monitoring project progress, managing schedules, and generating regular MIS/project reports. - Managing procurement planning, cost tracking, and resource allocation effectively. - Ensuring compliance with all legal, contractual, and environmental guidelines. - Leading site teams, mentoring junior engineers, and overseeing subcontractor performance. - Liaising with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to align project goals. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction methods, and project management. - Expertise in reading engineering drawings, contracts, and specifications. - Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD and other project management tools. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). - 10-12 years of experience in handling mid-to-large scale civil & construction projects. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred. - PMP/PRINCE2 certification would be an added advantage.
