"Project Manager (Civil)"

We are seeking a highly capable "Project Manager - Civil" with a strong background in project execution and Coordination within project management companies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Ensuring timely, quality-driven, and cost-effective delivery of assigned projects through close Coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with project timelines, specifications, and Act as a liaison between the client, consultants, and contractors toensure smooth communication and Execution.

• Monitor construction progress and prepare regular reports (DPR, WPR, MPR) for management Review and verify contractor bills, BOQs, and work orders in coordination with the commercial team.

• Resources.safety and QA/QC Identify project risks and escalate critical issues with appropriate mitigation measures.

• Lead review meetings, coordinate technical discussions, and maintain updated documentation and Support the Project Manager in contract administration, cost tracking, and claims management.

• Assist in procurement planning and ensure timely availability of materials and Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to safety and QA/QC Identify project risks and escalate critical issues with appropriate mitigation measures.

• Lead review meetings, coordinate technical discussions, and maintain updated documentation and Support the Project Manager in contract administration, cost tracking, and claims management.

Pay: ₹602,196.09 - ₹2,082,710.88 per year
