Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage our upcoming high-rise residential and commercial projects in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale building projects, particularly high-rise structures. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Kochi and lead the project site operations with a focus on quality, safety, timelines, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to regulatory norms, safety standards, and best practices.
• Regularly report project progress, risks, and cost tracking to senior management.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and risk assessments.
• Resolve any technical issues or site challenges efficiently.
• Manage procurement of materials and monitor usage and wastage.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely handover of completed projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on high-rise buildings (G+10 and above).
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools, construction processes, and structural systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site dynamics.
• Willingness to relocate and be based full-time at the Trivandrum project site.

Preferred:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with reputed construction or real estate firms.
• Familiarity with Kerala local building codes and regulations.
