Project Manager - Civil Engineer

Result-driven Civil Engineer with 4 years of proven experience in managing constructionprojects from planning through execution. Skilled in site management, vendor coordination,billing oversight, and project documentation. Adept at ensuring quality, safety, and timelydelivery while optimizing resources and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and supervise end-to-end construction project execution on-site

● Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and resolve executionbottlenecks

● Oversee MR (Material Receipt) and MB (Measurement Book) billing with accuracy andaccountability

● Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams for seamlessproject delivery

● Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality controlcompliance

● Prepare, review, and update technical drawings and construction layouts using AutoCAD

● Maintain detailed site documentation, reports, and project status updates for management

Skills & Competencies:

● Expertise in MR/MB billing, quantity surveying, and material reconciliation

● Proficient in AutoCAD and project documentation tools

● Strong understanding of civil construction methods, safety standards, and resource planning

● Effective leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities

● Strong communication skills and client-facing experience

● Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project execution and risk mitigation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
