We are hiring for a leading international project management and cost consulting company to oversee high-rise residential developments in Raipur.

Project Manager - High-Rise Residential

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Qualifications:

• BE in Civil Engineering

• 15-20 years of experience in residential projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion within budget and timelines

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements

• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

• Review technical drawings and documents for design compliance

• Lead, mentor, and supervise site teams to achieve project excellence

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation through closure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
