Project Manager – Civil Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete execution of civil construction projects from start to finish
• Manage site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource planning
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Generate daily/weekly progress reports and present to management
• Handle procurement planning and cost control
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Engineer in infrastructure or real estate projects
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, and billing
• Proficient in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Must be willing to travel to project sites as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
