Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of engineers while overseeing one assigned region/zone.

* Handle multiple projects simultaneously, including 4-5 large warehouse projects and 10-20 dark stores.

* Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC, MEP, and hard services activities to ensure timely project delivery.

* Interpret and implement technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications accurately on-site.

* Oversee Electrical or Civil project execution with strong technical control.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

* Drive on-site execution in line with management timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.

* Ensure all works comply with IS standards, statutory regulations, and local compliance requirements.

* Track project schedules, milestones, and dependencies using MS Project.

* Monitor budgets, control costs, and raise change requests for scope variations or additional works.

* Certify vendor bills, including extra and non-standard items, in a timely and accurate manner.

* Ensure proper handover of completed sites to Operations/FM teams with complete documentation.

* Build, motivate, and maintain high-performing teams to achieve project and organizational objectives.

* Prepare and present regular progress reports, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.

Experience Required:

* 4 - 12 years of experience managing construction or infrastructure projects.

* Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, MEP, and hard services execution.

* Proven experience managing large warehouse, retail, telecom, or e-commerce projects.

* Experience handling multiple projects and sites simultaneously across regions.

* Strong exposure to vendor management, cost control, and billing certification.

* Working knowledge of racking and shelving systems (preferred).

* Experience in Capex projects and change management is an added advantage.

* Proficiency in project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project.

* Solid understanding of statutory compliance, IS codes, and safety regulations.
