Project Manager

Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the Bangalore-based delivery team, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution of deliverables. This individual will manage priorities, coordinate across internal and external teams, and proactively identify risks or blockers. They will also support client-facing discussions periodically, providing clarity, updates, and professional representation of the team’s work. Growth opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

Co-manage a team of 4 cross-functional members, ensuring strong collaboration and accountability.
Develop and track detailed project plans, sprint goals, and timelines; monitor progress daily.
Lead daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and weekly planning sessions.
Serve as the escalation point for blockers or inter-team dependencies, coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
Ensure alignment with U.S.-based leadership on priorities, milestones, and outcomes.
Maintain strong documentation — project plans, RCA logs, JIRA dashboards, and delivery trackers.
Support periodic client-facing updates and discussions to present progress, risks, and mitigation steps.
Coach and motivate the team, helping them problem-solve and take ownership of their work.

Qualifications

4–8 years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital marketing projects.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive delivery in a hybrid or distributed setup.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage confidently in client conversations.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Excel/Sheets; familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong sense of ownership, time management, and ability to keep teams aligned to outcomes.
