Project Manager - Civil Projects (Retail Expansion) - Caf Coffee Day

Are you a highly organized and results-oriented Civil Project Manager ready to drive the rapid expansion and renovation of Caf Coffee Day (CCD) outlets We are looking for an expert in retail and commercial construction who can manage multiple projects simultaneously across various locations, ensuring top-tier quality, timely completion, and strict budget control.

This role is critical to maintaining CCD's signature ambiance and operational excellence as we expand our footprint.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be fully responsible for the entire project life cycle, specifically focusing on new caf setups and major renovations:

End-to-End Project Management:

* Responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing all civil projects (new CCD outlets & renovations) within the given timelines and budget.

* Ensure all projects adhere to CCD's standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

* Ensure timely project completion and successful hand-over for operations, strictly within the approved budget.

* Stakeholder Coordination:

* Coordinate effectively with architects, interior designers, contractors, specialized vendors, and internal stakeholders (Operations, Design, Procurement) for smooth project execution.

* Quality Assurance & Site Control:

* Conduct rigorous site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety norms, and quality standards for civil and interior works.

* Proactively resolve on-ground execution challenges and site-specific issues swiftly to avoid delays.

* Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting:

* Expertise in project planning, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, cost control, and vendor management to secure competitive pricing and efficient material sourcing.

* Prepare detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and accurate weekly/monthly progress reports for senior management review.

* Portfolio Management:

* Handle multiple projects simultaneously across different locations, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume retail environment.

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, with significant focus on retail, commercial, or F&B (Caf) fit-outs and new outlet setup.

* Strong knowledge of construction and interior materials, their technical specifications, quality standards, and market availability relevant to caf/retail environments.

* Demonstrated proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, project scheduling (e.g., MS Project/Primavera), and rigorous cost control.

* Exceptional skills in vendor and contractor management, including negotiation and performance evaluation.

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

* Ability to travel frequently to various project sites across the assigned region.

*Minimum Experience Required - 2.6 yrs in the related field
