As a Project Manager within the Product & Tech team, you'll:

Own the agile rhythm plan, run, and continually improve all ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Remove blockers with ninja-like speed – surface risks early, clear roadblocks, and shield the team so they can do their best work.

Track the pulse of delivery – maintain sprint dashboards, burn-down charts, and velocity metrics to predictably hit release targets.

Champion continuous improvement – drive retrospective actions, refine processes, and foster a culture of learning and experimentation.

Facilitate cross-team collaboration – coordinate dependencies across multiple squads and keep stakeholders in sync with crisp updates.

Align everyone on the “why” – ensure product, design, engineering, and QA stay laser-focused on user value and business goals.

To WIN , you'll need:

Proven agile chops – 1-2 yrs running Scrum/Kanban for product & engineering teams (CSM/PSM or equivalent a plus).

Relentless problem-solving – you spot issues before they surface and love turning chaos into clarity.

Data-driven mindset – you measure what matters (velocity, cycle time, NPS, OKRs) and use insights to fine-tune delivery.

Stellar communication & empathy – able to rally designers, developers, and execs around a shared vision.

Thrives in hyper-growth – you embrace change, juggle competing priorities, and keep cool under pressure.

Technical fluency will be a plus – comfort in discussing architecture, APIs, and trade-offs with engineers.
