Job Title: Construction Project Manager (tambaram to chengalpattu )

Reports to: Director of Construction

Summary:

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans that outline the goals, objectives, scope, timeline, and budget for each project.
• Manage the construction team and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and to obtain their input and approval.
• Manage risks and issues that may impact the project and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure that the project stays on track.
• Close out projects and ensure that all deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction field.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and complete construction projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in construction project management software.
