Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of Interior Fit-out projects.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure work is completed as per standards.
  • Plan and monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and machinery.
  • Track project progress, prepare DPR/WPR/MPR, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure quality control, site safety, and statutory compliance.
  • Verify measurements, certify bills, and handle vendor coordination.



Required Skills

  • Strong Interior Fit-Out project execution and site management experience.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle site responsibilities and travel frequently.
