Project Manager

• Lead and manage software development projects in the engineering domain from

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent client handling

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all project-related communication,

• Ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery, proactively identifying risks and

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Hybrid) to plan, execute, and monitor

• Own overall project quality, ensuring adherence to defined standards and customer

• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Requirements

• Masters/bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science,

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is an added

• Experience working with international clients and multi-time-zone teams
• Proven experience in software development projects within the engineering domain
• Strong customer handling and stakeholder management skills, including global clients
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile project execution
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on quality, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement
